From the airport, the center can be reached easily not only by buses and taxis, but also by the railroad. The station at the airport is located just at the other side of the street. There are vending machines for tickets, but the credit card can often also be used directly by putting it on the pad. Cost is 1.80 to get to either Maria Zambrano station or the station "Centro-Alameda" which is closer to the old town.
